Refund policy

Our policy is valid for 14 days after the package has been shipped, and the refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the return. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Sale items and food products are not accepted for return.You must also clearly state the reason for returning your item.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
